Early on, the company carefully managed its operations to focus on the affordable housing needs of the community which it served. With a strong desire to provide a solid affordable product to the community, Desert View Homes has grown to become one of the region's largest volume homebuilders, with divisions recently established in southern New Mexico and Colorado. Under the name Aspen View Homes, the company developed 13 acres of land. In its Freedom Heights community in Fountain, Colorado, Aspen View Homes honored lost Army veteran Joshua Byers. Although the communities of Aspen View Homes are regionally different, they display the same high levels of quality and value which have been evident in the Desert View communities.
